Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.), was considered as the best athlete in sport. The 2016 Olympics were held in Rio de Janeiro and Biles became one of the U.S.'s only female gymnast to win 4 gold medals. She also won the title of world champion for all-around 3 times in succession (2013-15). Biles as well as her younger sister Adria was adopted from Ronald Biles as well as Nellie Biles' grandparents in Spring Texas (in the Houston region), grew up there. Simone began to take the sport of gymnastics seriously as when she was six years old on a field trip to school to Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach over the following eleven years. Biles was awarded a silver medal in vault in 2010 and also a bronze medal at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Biles then advanced to competitions at the elite level in 2011. In less than two years, she was the most dominant athlete in the field. Biles was distinguished by her consistently high performance and exuberant persona, and the difficulty of her routines at all four events such as vault, uneven bars, and the balance beam.
